Redlands Community College invites the community to its free Family Fall Festival on Tuesday, October 29, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Redlands Austin Family Conference Center. This exciting event promises an evening of entertainment and engagement for the whole family and features games and prizes, food and refreshments, and live entertainment.
While the festival is designed to provide fun for everyone, it also serves as a unique opportunity for adults with some college credit to reconnect with their educational goals. The Reach Higher: RECONNECT program at Redlands Community College is specifically tailored for individuals who have previously earned college credits but have not yet completed their degree.
"We're thrilled to host this Fall Festival as a way to bring our community together and showcase the welcoming atmosphere at Redlands," said Macey Scotten, Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships at Redlands. "It's also an excellent chance for those considering a return to college to learn about our RECONNECT program and explore financial aid options in a relaxed, family-friendly setting."
Staff will be on hand to provide information about the Reach Higher: RECONNECT program and guide interested individuals on how to resume their educational journey. Additionally, financial aid experts will be available to discuss various funding opportunities, including scholarships specific to returning adult students.
