Trent Troxell graduated from Fort Cobb High School and went on to play baseball at Dodge City Community College where he batted .336 in 2014. After Dodge City he finished he playing career at Southwestern Oklahoma State and was part of the 2016 GAC Champions. Trent spent the 2021 season coaching at Vernon College as the hitting and base running coach and his team was top 60 in nation in batting average and top 30 in stolen bases. Trent is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Administration at Southwestern Oklahoma State.

Palmer Stevens enters his 1st year as an assistant baseball coach at RCC. Palmer started his playing career at Redlands CC and finished his career at Bethany College, graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise science. As a player, Palmer logged over a hundred innings as a starter and had 86 strikeouts. Coach Palmer spent two years at Central Christian college where he earned his master’s in Strategic Leadership. In his first two years as the pitching coach he helped lowered the team ERA. and helped the pitching staff set a school strike out record.
Blake McQuain, Assistant Coach
Blake McQuain is a graduate of Dale High School and played baseball at Redlands Community College from 2018-2020. In the 2018-2019 season McQuain was on the Region 2 Conference Runner-up team and graduating from Redlands with his Associates degree.
After Redlands McQuain finished his playing career at Southeastern Oklahoma State, where he holds a conference record for hits in a game and was an All-Conference selection. Blake graduated from Southeastern with a Bachelor's degree in safety and a Masters degree in Sports Administration.
Will Farr, Assistant Coach
Will Farr is a graduate of Silo High School, where he played under the guidance of Billy Jack Bowen, the all-time winningest coach in the nation. Farr began his collegiate career at Southeastern Oklahoma State before transferring to Redlands Community College, where he played for two seasons and contributed to the team’s regional tournament appearance in 2023. He earned his associate's degree from Redlands in 2024 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Sports Management at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
