Silver Sneakers
Our staff loves to help senior adults stay active and fit. We have partnered with the national Silver Sneakers program to provide classes, wellness options and other resources on campus. Register for the Silver Sneakers program and gain access to a comprehensive, easy-to-use wellness resource, nutrition and fitness plans, exercise video demonstrations, advice for experts, and health-related articles and recipes.

Personal Training
Personal Training is also available for customizing your individual fitness routines.
Our certified personal trainer, Anna Rinehart, is ready to help you develop a workout

We offer a state-of-the-art facility with the staff and equipment available to help you meet your fitness goals. The fitness center includes various fitness equipment, weights and locker rooms. A racquetball court is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m.–1 p.m., 4–7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m.–1 p.m., 4–6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Anna Rinehart
M.S., R.D., NCSF Personal Trainer

Passionate for promoting health and fitness, Anna Rinehart is a member of the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF) as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist. She practiced as a registered dietitian for 15 years prior to her certifications by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in health and exercise from the University of Oklahoma. She is a certified Silver Sneakers Instructor and Redlands personal trainer instructor along with coordinator of the Fitness for Life program and wellness/longevity classes.
