Request for Proposals:
Turf Soccer Field & Collegiate Track Complex
Redlands Community College is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for
the construction of a new athletic complex consisting of a synthetic turf soccer field,
collegiate regulation track, restroom/concession building, perimeter fencing, and
press box.
The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, bonds, insurance, and related services necessary for the complete construction and delivery of the project.

Fire Riser Repairs
Redlands Community College (RCC) is requesting proposals from qualified plumbing contractors
for the reconstruction of two existing apartment fire sprinkler risers. These risers
exhibit advanced corrosion due to dissimilar metal contact and lack of proper dielectric
isolation. The intent of this project is to restore system integrity, provide long-term
corrosion protection, and maintain life-safety compliance, while maintaining structural
integrity of the apartment building.
