Redlands Community College is seeking candidates to apply for the Wedding/Event Liaison
- Bookstore Clerk position. This is a full-time, support staff position working 40
hours per week. The salary range for this position is $27,000 to $29,000 per year
with excellent benefits. This position will report to the Manager of Auxiliary Services.
The Wedding/Event Liaison - Bookstore Clerk will be working a combined total of 40
hours between the Darlington Chapel facility and the Cougar Corner Bookstore on campus.
The duties will require working more evenings and weekends during wedding seasons.
The Wedding/Event Liaison - Bookstore Clerk will coordinate, organize and facilitate
wedding/events that are held at the Darlington Chapel, and help run bookstore during
the wedding off seasons.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate, organize, and facilitate weddings/events at Darlington Chapel.
Assist in running the bookstore during slower wedding seasons.
Lock and unlock the facility.
Perform light cleaning.
Act as the liaison during ceremonies/events.
Help with event set-up and provide tours of the facility.
Maintain flower beds.
Run a cash register.
Prepare food for resale in the store.
Stock new products.
Update social media sites for Darlington Chapel.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Marketing experience is a plus!
High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
Applicant must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Redlands Community College is committed to providing a safe place to live, work, study

Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery
Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites. These
