Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Instructor
of Nursing in the Nursing and Allied Health Department. This is a full-time, tenure
track, 9-month faculty position. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000
with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include: Teach both classroom and clinical courses; ensure students receive a comprehensive
nursing education that prepares them for real-world healthcare settings; contribute
to curriculum development, student mentorship and institutional service activities;
teach nursing courses and supervise students in clinical settings; develop and implement
engaging instructional materials that align with program and accreditation standards;
evaluate student performance fairly and consistently, providing timely feedback; maintain
accurate records of student progress and submit required documentation; participate
in faculty mentorship program assessment, and curriculum development; and support
student success initiatives, retention efforts, and academic advising.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required and must be working towards a Master’s degree
in Nursing; an unencumbered Oklahoma RN license and equivalent of two years’ full-time
practice as an RN. Simulation certification and clinical rotation experience preferred.

Clery Statement
Redlands Community College is committed to providing a safe place to live, work, study
and visit. Part of this effort includes sharing information regarding the safety and
security of our campuses.
Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery
Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites. These
notifications are primarily sent if the incident poses an ongoing safety threat as
determined by the President of the College or his designee. The act requires colleges
and universities to make “timely warnings,” known as “Safety Alerts” at Redlands,
to campus community members about specific types of crime if an ongoing threat is
believed to exist.
