Redlands Recognizes Outstanding Employees

Senior leadership at Redlands Community College celebrates the outstanding achievements of the college’s Spring honorees by hosting a congratulatory lunch. Six members of the Redlands team were named Outstanding Faculty and Staff by the college’s Faculty Senate, Staff Association and administration. 

In recognition of their dedication, expertise and commitment to excellence, several members of the Redlands Community College faculty and staff have been honored as Outstanding Faculty and Staff by their colleagues.

"We are fortunate to have exceptional faculty and staff, and I'm thrilled to recognize outstanding individuals each semester," said Redlands President Jena Marr. "Our faculty and staff's unwavering commitment, dedication and enthusiasm for education have not only enriched our college community but have also profoundly impacted our students' lives.”

Faculty honored for the Spring semester are Scott Charmasson, professor and department head of Agriculture and Business; Kate Coughlan, professor and department head of Math and Science; and Psychology professor Paul Simon. Outstanding staff members are Holly Avila, registrar; Kenzi Hull, executive assistant to the president; and Kristin Winterrowd, curriculum development and Canvas specialist.

Faculty and staff were nominated and selected by members of the college’s Faculty Senate, Staff Association and senior administration.
