The fund is designed to help eligible students who experience temporary and unexpected financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control.
Grants are made based on urgency of need and available funding. Funds will be granted to eligible students only after all other funding resources/options have been exhausted. Students can receive assistance from this emergency fund. Up to a maximum of $250 per academic year. A receipt showing funds spent as allocated is required to be submitted within 14 business days of award given.
Requests for tuition and books are not allowed to be paid with this funding source.
