Few colleges the size of Redlands have such a wide range of academic programs — not to mention the levels of excellence. Redlands houses a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the largest Honors Society for two-year colleges.

Undergraduates at Redlands get to be involved in conducting research. Plus, all classes are taught by the full professor: there are no graduate-student teachers.

Redlands welcomes many students who are the first in their family to pursue college, as well as students from around the world. Our staff is ready to help you throughout the process, sorting out any confusion about the process and any specific needs a student has.

Paying for Redlands

A college education at Redlands costs less than the Oklahoma state average for public institutions (based on cost per credit hour). For students planning to attain a four-year degree, completing the first two at Redlands can save you thousands.

Figuring out the process of paying for college can be intimidating, especially in households where parents haven't gone themselves. We make it easy.

Launched in 2018 as part of a student’s service-learning project, the Redlands Community College Student Food Pantry opened its doors to meet the growing needs of students who are experiencing food insecurity. The inventory varies, but we are excited to offer dairy, produce, canned goods, breakfast items and hygiene products.

Hours vary by semester so check this site for the latest hours of operation, and bring your Redlands Student ID to the food pantry located across from the Austin Family Conference Center.

If you need access to the Food Pantry and it is closed, please come to S-105.

Additional Community Food Resources

A representative of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is available to help qualified students sign up for SNAP benefits (food stamps). You can call Nessa directly at 405.479.1220, and she can guide you through the process.
