If a student is unhappy with the institutional outcome and has exhausted ALL options for appeal with the institution, then the student may file a complaint with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE). For the procedures to follow for the OSRHE complaint process, please visit the OSRHE website. After reviewing the OSRHE procedures, please complete the OSRHE complaint form.
If a student is unhappy with the institutional and OSRHE complaint processes and had exhausted ALL options with both agencies, then a complaint may be filed with NC-SARA by visiting their Student Complaint Process website.
